Placemats and Sink Liners on Your Gel Plate

Let's Play with Household Supplies!

Today’s Tidbit features some things you might have around the house (or might want to get) that work wonderful on your Gel Plate. It's always fun to raid the kitchen to see what you can use to press patterns into the Gel Press Plate! This week I'm using a silicone sink liner and two different patterns of placemats that I purchased on Amazon.

In this video I'll show you how I press and remove paint from the Gel Press Plate, creating a subtle impression of patterns. The second print is often better than the first in terms of contrast–check it out!
