Layering Paint Over and Under is Messy but GOOD!

Today’s Tidbit shows you yet another way to created richly layered prints on your gel plate and be inspired by my new stencil and mask designs for Joggles. I’ll show you how to layer paint over and under a mask to create a unique effect. I’m working over printed pages and using translucent colors that allow that type to show through in the final print.
