Squeeze Liquid Adhesive or Pen Applicator?
Today’s Tidbit I am exploring how to use Deco Foil transfer sheets in more interesting ways for my Mixed Media Artwork. I have experimented with both the pen adhesive and the liquid adhesive applicator and in this video I'll show both and how I used them over my Van Gogh Starry Spirals mask from Joggles to create some beautiful, deep blue swirls!
