Color Combination Inspiration for Gel Printing

Be Inspired by Colors in Your Wardrobe, Comforter, Throw Pillows….

For Today’s Tidbit I was once again inspired by the contents of my clothing closet for this fantastic color combination and luxuriously layered gel print on rice paper. Layering is the key to successful gel printing, you will see me layer colors and patterns over and over each other. Stay to the end of the video as I explain what I call the "push-pull" effect of toning back too much color and bringing back too little color, all through layering. The paint colors I am using to match my blouse are: Titan Green Pale, Titanium White, Primary Magenta, Paynes Gray, Golden Fluid Acrylics.
