Complex Layered Gel Prints with Glitter on Top!

It’s all about what colors you use and the layers you choose!

In this week's Tutorial Tidbit I will show you my tips and tricks for creating complex layered gel prints with a little glitter on top. I am working in golden browns and metallics. I am using my Chunky Spirals stencil/mask along with my Racing Spots stencil. These patterns really go well together! A little metallic pattern, plus some glitter on top… BAM! One Beautiful gel print (two actually). Be sure to stay to the end to see my beautiful results! Layering is the key for complex gel prints, varying the pattern of your stencil and working from light to dark are techniques that help you achieve this. Be sure to pay close attention to opaque versus translucent colors as well as how I flip the stencil when I use it a second time. The success is in the details!
