Art Makers Denver is an urban art retreat in the heart of Downtown Denver at the CU College of Architecture building. Offering three one-day workshops you may choose from a plethora of instructors, all in one place! Helen Rice puts together an incredible event to include social hour and open classroom space so that you can observe what others are creating and be inspired!

Day Three: Small Format Floral Collage–Take those gel printed papers and apply them to a 10x10 floral collage inspired by a reference photo you bring with you to class. Learn how to and why to create an acrylic under-painting, to glue papers over the top without wrinkling, cockling, buckling, or white edges.
