Wet Strength Tissue Paper–Who Can Resist?

High Flow Acrylics and Lots of Water!

This week Barb and I are playing with Golden High Flow Acrylics, water, and Carnival Wet Strength Tissue Paper. We got some amazing and unexpected results with these pigment rich, intense colors. Wet Strength Tissue Paper by Carnival really holds up to a lot of water which was great for the flow and movement of the High Flow Acrylics and the stencils we added to the mix.
