Sea Foam Green Mermaid Prints

Inspired by the Ocean Waters of Puerto Vallarta

Any Mermaid Would Be Proud!

Today’s Tidbit is about being inspired by your surroundings and experimenting with new supplies. In January I taught a week long workshop at Hacienda Mosaico in Puerto Vallarta Mexico and was totally taken with the sea foam green waters that washed over my feet as I walked along the waters edge.

Today I’m using a spiral stencil and a foam stamp that I have designed for Joggles to give the feeling and motion of swirling ocean water

Sumie-E Sketch Paper comes in a 9x12 pad and is wonderfully absorbent collage paper that glues down flat and smooth. I am super excited that this product is now stocked by Joggles! The very same paper also comes on a roll so that you can keep on printing without having to stop and shuffle individual sheets! Both are linked below.
