Stabilo Woodies 3-in-One Pencils
Colored Pencil, Wax Crayon, Watercolor Paint
Today’s Tidbit gives you some inside information on one of my favorite mark making tools, Stabilo Woodies. These little gems were originally marketed as an art supply for kids, but they have really caught on with mixed media artists and I can see why. They draw like a colored pencil (but require no tooth) they are soft and have a wide 10mm tip like a wax crayon (they will even smudge and blend with your finger like an oil pastel) and they blend with water just like watercolor paint!
Stabilo Woodies are available in open stock as well as in sets. Upon publishing this blog post, the sharpener is hard to come by in open stock so it’s best to purchase a set that includes them, it’s more fun that way too! I am super excited that this product is now stocked by and currently on discount at Joggles!
